Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged 饰品 (jewelry) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, or accessories intact. Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ideatetrade@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the item(s) to: Ideate Trade LTD, 280 Yorktech Dr #23, Markham, ON L6G 0A6, Canada. You are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of approval or denial of your return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of inspection. Refunds include the item price and original taxes but exclude shipping fees (unless the return is due to a defective item or our error).

Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
