Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time (3-7 business days), which will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Within Canada: We ship via Canada Post. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days; expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.
  • To the United States: Shipping is via USPS or FedEx, with delivery in 5-10 business days.
  • International (Other Countries): Shipping is via DHL or UPS, with delivery in 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Fees

  • Canada: Standard shipping starts at $8 CAD; free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
  • United States: Shipping starts at $15 CAD; free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
  • International: Fees vary by destination and weight; calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspection or failure to pay such fees.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
